In a three-day course 24 AUSL Romagna managers were introduced to the philosophy and methodologies of Design Thinking and Service Design by working on a concrete need of the organization. Divided in four groups, the participants acquired fundamental skills by directly applying the Double-Diamond process (Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver). During the course, the managers conducted user-research by interviewing the main patient-journey actors, analyzed needs and insights, did individual and collective brainstorming, constructed prototypes and tested them on real end-users, validated the testing feedback.
