2002
UNWHO launched a global campaign for violence prevention following the release of the World Report on Violence and Health in October 2002.
The objectives of this campaign were to raise awareness on the problem of violence, highlighting the crucial role that public health can play in addressing its causes and consequences and encourageing action at every level of society.
The branding and eight posters address the most impacting forms of violence: child abuse, elder abuse, violence against women, partner related violence, group violence, youth violence and suicide.
